Eco Spa Warranty

FACTORY LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty begins on the date of delivery and extends to the original purchaser of any model ECO SPA manufactured on or after March 1, 2024. If your ECO SPA develops a defect covered under this warranty, it will be repaired by ECO SPA or its authorized dealer.

The original owner must register their product through our website at www.ecospas.com or mail their warranty card within thirty (30) days from purchase or delivery—whichever comes first—to activate this warranty.

LIFETIME STRUCTURAL

The structural integrity of the ECO SPA is warranted to be free of defects for the lifetime of the spa. Should the ECO SPA structure develop a defect and not hold water, it will be repaired or replaced at ECO SPA’s discretion. Any charges related to shipping, handling, retrofitting, delivery, or installation of the replacement are the responsibility of the spa owner.

LIFETIME ECO-HARDCOVER WITH ATTACHED ARMS

The ECO-HARDCOVER WITH ATTACHED ARMS is warranted for the lifetime of the spa to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Clamps are provided and should be used to better trap heat and maintain cover alignment. If the cover becomes inoperable due to defects in materials or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced at ECO SPA’s discretion. All associated costs for shipping, handling, retrofitting, delivery, or installation are the responsibility of the spa owner.

2 YEARS PLUMBING

ECO SPA warrants all plumbing parts to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the original installation date. This warranty covers leaks from wall fittings, jet fittings, internal plumbing, glue joints, drains, air controls, diverter valves, and light lenses.

2 YEARS COMPONENTS

ECO SPA components—including the top-side control, spa control pack, pump, heater, and ozone unit (if equipped)—are warranted against defects or leaks for two (2) years from the OEM manufacturing date. Defective components will be repaired or replaced at ECO SPA’s discretion. Damage caused by chemical extremes or imbalances in the water is not covered.

2 YEARS LABOR

ECO SPA provides a two-year labor warranty. Please refer to your dealer for warranty service details.

DISCLAIMER

ECO SPA is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to: removal of decks or custom fixtures, shipping charges, phone charges, product rentals, travel, damage to personal property, or loss of revenue or use. This warranty does not apply if the spa has been misused, neglected, altered, or improperly operated or installed. It also excludes issues caused by:

  • Improper water chemistry or pH balance
  • Improper wiring or use of extension cords
  • Lack of isolated electrical service
  • Non-manufacturing defects
  • Commercial use or prolonged display operation
  • Being left uncovered or without water for long periods
